Yesterday I moved from one studio to another for a violin lesson. During one that hour that I paid attention to the student and didn't use my violin, my bow tightened up (change of humidity / temperature) quite a bit. When I noticed it I jumped up and gently loosened it.
Everybody keep an eye on these things in air-conditioned buildings!
